Master Cathy Fairbanks has an extensive background not only in Martial

Arts, but in Fitness training!  My journey started in Group Fitness in 1990,   starting as an aerobic instructor with Nancy Strong Fitness (where I taught group fitness as well as senior fitness) and leading me to ownership of Aerobic Central in Owego NY. Here I continued group fitness, senior fitness, and personal training as well as many children's programs including children's fitness, special needs and programs for girl & boy scouts to earn badges! Certified personal trainer through AFAA and Certified  Martial Arts 5th Degree Black Belt. I found Martial Arts in 1999 and have continued to develop many programs to fit the needs of our community.


Master Fairbanks also has worked in the Owego/Apalachin School District 20 years specializing in Pre K programs and special education. Retiring after Covid to dedicate more time to the studio.

Martial arts for Everyone in the family ..ages 2 to adult

Family classes…Pre k class, kids and teens 

Ninja Monkey..not ready for karate….obstacles, gymnastics, group games and more, learning to focus, follow directions and more!! Ages 4-10

Homeschool Karate or PE during the day!!! You come to us or WE come to you! Great for CO-OPs

School Program..after school..we can also train you PE Teachers for Karate programs or we can visit you for intro to Karate!

Personal appointments for all ages and abilities with lots of daytime availability. 

Also Birthday parties, studio rentals, martial arts, fitness and more!!!
